DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Kikwear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. To initiate an exchange or return, please visit our return portal here.

  • FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are issued as store credit.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style (based on availability).
  • Please note you can only exchange an item from your original order for a different size or color (if available) once.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and should have the original tags on them.

In order to exchange your item or receive store credit to purchase a new item, please visit kikwear.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts to receive your shipping label. Once your original item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, your exchange will be completed or your store credit will be emailed automatically.

If you request an exchange, your item(s) is not guaranteed to be in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange item(s) is still in stock. If your requested item(s) is no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International orders are eligible for a return for store credit within 21 days of the delivery of your order. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.

EU/EFTA RETURN POLICY

Customers located in the EU/EFTA may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

To start a withdrawal return, customers must contact info@kikwear.com within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import/export charges, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, clean, odor-free, and in resaleable condition with original tags attached. We may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect or try on the item, including wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, missing tags, or any condition that requires restoration before resale.

Eligible EU/EFTA withdrawal returns will be refunded to the original payment method unless the customer chooses store credit.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned item has been received or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.
