SHIPPING
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.
Expedited domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 2-3 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.
For international orders, please allow up to 6-15 business days for your package to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally! Shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from Kikwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kikwear. We have a 21-day return for store credit policy for international orders. No exchanges are accepted for international orders, only returns for store credit are accepted. Please note that UPS Standard and/or Economy International might incur higher duties and/or fees depending on what country the order is being shipped to.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, ups, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers may return items within 21 days from when your order is delivered. Please ensure that your returned items are not worn, washed, or damaged and have the original tags on them.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
In order to exchange your item or receive store credit to purchase a new item, please email info@kikwear.com with your order number.
Once your original item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be processed automatically.
