DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Kikwear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

  • FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are issued as store credit.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style (based on availability).
  • If the item you choose to exchange for costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
  • Please note you can only exchange an item from your original order for a different size or color (if available) once.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and should have the original tags on them.

In order to exchange your item or receive store credit to purchase a new item, please visit kikwear.loopreturns.com and follow the prompts to receive your shipping label. Once your original item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, your exchange will be completed or your store credit will be emailed automatically.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International orders are eligible for a return for store credit within 21 days of the delivery of your order. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.
