Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 3-5 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.
Expedited domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 2-3 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.
For international orders, please allow up to 6-15 business days for your package to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally! Shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from Kikwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kikwear. We have a 21-day return for store credit policy for international orders. No exchanges are accepted for international orders, only returns for store credit are accepted. Please note that UPS Standard and/or Economy International might incur higher duties and/or fees depending on what country the order is being shipped to.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.

We want you to love your Kikwear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
• FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are issued as store credit.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style (based on availability).
• If the item you choose to exchange for costs more, you’ll just pay the difference.
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference back to your original payment method.

These pants look great, feel great, are super heavy yet super comfortable at the same time. And that mushroom design matches almost any color! I was so thrilled I ordered a second pair and I'm glad I did because they're selling fast. They look like they'll hold up long term and I hope they do! If Kikwear keeps kicking out the heavy denim in baggy designs, I'll keep buying. For reference, the waist runs large as the site states, and doesn't really shrink, however you'll lose around 1 inch in length due to the grain of the fabric after being washed. I'm 6'6" and went with a 32 inseam, and these are plenty long enough even after being washed. I'm super happy and highly recommend these pants!
They’re very well constructed pants that take me back to my JNCO days but only cost half as much! The only thing that would make the experience better is if they advertised the ADJUSTED inseam length for the most of us dudes that wear our pants below the hip. Now I have a $90 pair of pants I have to wear up to my navel like a psychopath. And for that, 3 stars. Figure it out, Kikwear.
