We want you to love your KIKWEAR. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made the process simple.

Exchanges: Free within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange for a different size, color, or style (based on availability). Exchanges are limited to one per item.

Returns: Free within 30 days for store credit only, once your item is received and approved. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached.

Promotional Orders: Items purchased through promotions follow our standard return policy. Return, exchange, and store credit values are based on the final discounted price paid for each item. For multi-item promotions, discounts are applied evenly across qualifying items.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are the one exception to our store credit policy. You can cancel any pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email info@kikwear.com with your order number. This applies to domestic and international pre-orders. Once your pre-order ships, our standard return policy applies.

International: Orders outside the U.S. are eligible for a store credit return within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are not covered for international orders.

EU/EFTA: Customers located in the EU/EFTA may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. To start a withdrawal return, contact info@kikwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
